Best wishes Kev! Just a few do's & dont's from 25 years of sailing with the wife. Do not! Blame the crew-Shout at the crew-Say in your own time will do-Pull that rope (she will be pulling it but you would not know)-Accuse her of knitting with the jib sheet or of not watching the kite as it collapses. All of the above could mean no dinner tonight Do's Help her on and of the boat-Help her pull the jib sheet in-Allow plenty of time to Tack or Gybe and always tell her she did good.
And best of all you can always go sailing together when ever you want.
