As the end of September is now very close if anyone intends coming to Carsington for the Last Blast and wants to avoid the late entry penalty they should get their entries in now. Jtp(congratulations m8) will be there he said so when he was sober, so the rest of you should let Ged know A.S.A.P It might even be warmer than the Nationals [Agent:2]

One weekend to go and the entries are creeping up. How scary is that. The good news is that the water level is still OK, and the new Seven Trent WEED CUTTER is working to keep the green stuff away from the shore. We have 12 Tempests so far and would welcome some more. The F/Fifteens are going to out number us, but it looks as though the K6's are too afraid of the competition as I only have 1 registered so far. You can always smile when the sun shines [Agent:2]

Hey Jtp(congratulations m8), is that what you want, or is it just that the K6's will not be there?

Ged, well done for the weather, another great two sailing.
Mr Donkin, that bloke from Leicester, still wants his shop sign back!

What a great weekend well done GED. Chris you had plenty of time to see that shop sign on the stern of our boat, as it was the only thing you saw all weekend, the only variable was the distance ahead of you and Pete, you must have really good eye sight to see that far ahead.

Glad you all enjoyed it. Once again the Last Blast turned into a real blast on Sunday, we recorded +25 knots on the committee boat during Sundays first race. The full results will be posted on Carsington website a.s.a.p. We even got some sun after the sailing [Agent:2]

Well done Kim and Phil, as it has not been mentioned that they won.
Ged must have been praying hard to the wind gods, with the light winds we have had over the last few weeks
