I've met quite a few of them around and about, usually loitering around camp GBR sniffing out the beer, forgotten all there names (sorry) but I seem to remember they were trying to be unilateral!
Is that the right word?
Anyhow it would be nice to hear from them

Holland as in The Netherlands?
I'll be meeting Harm van der Broek who bougt CM's Ted Stenders Mk1 tomorrow. You also have the brothers Hoefsloot (who sail my former Tyler Ned 24) And Martijn who is selling Jaap van der Weele's former Ned 23, but who keeps sailing Tempest with a friend of him in a former German boat. And Me, Myself and I with my Ned 22 (the former Hoefsloot boat)
Now I need a drink!
(don't know who own Ned 27 en 28)

Thats funny! I just signed in as a registered member and see that my name is already on this forum! YES, I (we) bought the ex "Ted Stenger' GER210 Mader Mk1 and restored the rotten gunwhale. We renamed the boat Stardust, since we (Piet and myself/Harm) both are Star sailors, looking for something faster than the Star. Our maidentrip 2 weeks ago was a blast! Top! Reaching downwind, Spi up and in the trapeze, what a thrill!
I think we're hooked...

We met some Tempest sailors here in Holland... Jaap helped us to find the groove, and we have met Martijn. And we got an old mast from an unknown donor, as we lost ours (I was sailing with my mom) in heavy winds on the Kralingsplas. I meet a lot of people who 'used to sail' tempest... we were called from a ship while sailing on the Haringvliet this summer. Yet another short encounter. Recently I've tried to find onther mast again (This one has a tendency to bend the wrong way) - but I only found people who just sold their Tempest. H16 on the Kralingseplas Towing through Rotterdam harbor last year We brought Two kids, a dog and cat - to go sailing for three weeks our new 'towing vessel' 12 meter 110 hp double ender [Agent:2]
